We take pride in the quality of our products and want every customer to have a clear understanding of our return and refund process before purchasing.
By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
Return Window
Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery, based on the carrier’s tracking confirmation.
Requests made after this timeframe are not eligible for review.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:

The journal must be unused or gently handled

Pages must be free of writing, markings, or impressions

The journal must be returned in its original packaging

The item must be received in resalable condition

The return must be approved before shipment
Returns that do not meet these requirements may be declined.
How to Request a Return
To request a return, email assistant@heldhonest.com with:

Your order number

The name used on the order

A brief explanation for your request
If approved, you will receive return instructions and the return address.
Items sent back without prior approval may not be processed.
Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method

Held & Honest is not responsible for items lost in return transit
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:

Approved refunds apply to the product price only

Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable

Please allow 5–7 business days after processing for the refund to appear

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Approved claims may be resolved with a replacement or store credit.
Billing Disputes
